At PIP Traders Funding LLC, when a Certified PIP Trader requests a reward (payout), their account is temporarily disabled while the request is reviewed and processed. This pause helps ensure fair execution, protect the integrity of the program, and prevent conflicts during transaction verification.

⚠️ Important Requirements for Reward Approval

To avoid rejection of your request, please make sure you meet the following conditions before submitting your reward request:

  1. No open trades on the account

    • You must close all positions before submitting your request

    • If there are any active trades, the reward request will be automatically rejected

  2. No new trades after submission

    • Once your request is submitted, your account will be temporarily disabled

    • If for any reason your account is not immediately disabled and you continue trading, the request will be rejected

🔒 Why Do We Disable the Account?

This measure ensures:

  • Accurate balance and equity snapshots for reward calculation

  • Prevention of market manipulation during the payout process

  • A clean handoff between trading activity and compliance verification

✅ Summary

  • 💰 Accounts are temporarily disabled when a reward is requested

  • 🚫 No open trades are allowed at the time of request

  • 🚫 No trading should occur during the review and processing period

  • 🛑 Violations of this policy will result in reward request rejection
