At PIP Traders Funding, each evaluation has specific profit targets that traders must reach in order to pass and advance to the next stage or become a Certified PIP Trader.

1-Step Evaluations

  • Profit target: 8%

  • Calculated based on the original initial balance of the account size.

2-Step Evaluations

  • Phase I: Profit target of 10%

  • Phase II: Profit target of 5%

  • Both calculated based on the original initial balance of the account size.

How are profit targets calculated?

Profit targets are always calculated from the original account balance, not from the current balance. For example:

  • If you have a $100,000 account, your 1-Step Evaluation profit target is $8,000 (8% of $100,000).

  • In a 2-Step Evaluation with the same account size:

    • Phase I target = $10,000 (10% of $100,000).

    • Phase II target = $5,000 (5% of $100,000).
