Updated this week

At PIP Traders Funding LLC, we want to clarify that buying an evaluation or any other product on our platform is not considered a deposit.

When you make a purchase with us — whether it’s a One-Step or Two-Step Evaluation — you are buying access to a product or service, not depositing money into a trading account or investment vehicle.

🚫 We Do Not Accept Deposits or Investments

We do not accept or hold client funds in any capacity.

Our business model is based on providing access to simulated trading environments, where traders can:

  • Demonstrate their skills

  • Follow rule-based programs

  • Qualify for performance-based rewards

Your payment is a transaction for a digital service, not a financial deposit.

⚖️ Why This Matters

This distinction ensures that:

  • We operate outside the scope of financial regulation, in full alignment with CFTC Rule 4.41

  • Traders maintain full clarity and transparency about the non-investment nature of our products

  • We remain compliant with industry best practices for simulated trading programs
