At PIP Traders Funding LLC, it’s important to understand that buying an evaluation or any product from our platform is not considered an investment.

When you make a purchase, you are buying access to a digital service — specifically, a simulated trading environment designed to evaluate your skills as a trader. You are not investing capital with the expectation of direct financial return.

🧾 What Are You Paying For?

Your purchase grants you:

  • Access to a simulated evaluation account

  • Use of our supported trading platforms (TradeLocker or MT5)

  • The opportunity to become a Certified PIP Trader

  • The ability to earn performance-based rewards

You are not buying into a fund, investing in financial instruments, or providing money to be managed or traded by anyone.

⚠️ We Do Not Manage or Invest Client Capital

As a company, we:

  • Do not manage live capital for traders

  • Do not offer guaranteed returns or profits

  • Only provide evaluation and educational services in a simulated environment

This model allows us to operate outside the scope of financial regulation, in line with CFTC Rule 4.41, and ensures full transparency.
